This painting was inspired by my trip to Bali. I was surprised to see little baskets filled with colorful flowers everywhere. I soon learned that they are daily offerings called Canang Sari. I depicted a woman who is standing in a market, ready to collect fruits and flowers. These offerings are a sacred symbol of gratitude and peace.
